Payment is made in Russian roubles. Under clause 1.3 of the Public Offer and clause 4.4 of the Terms of Use, the purchase of Packages is not addressed to users outside the territory of the Russian Federation. The game itself is free to start and is available anywhere; only the purchase of Packages is limited in this way. The Russian version of every document prevails.
Mana is an in-game resource whose units express the scope of the right to use the game's additional functionality: it is on Mana that the villagers answer the player's questions. By buying a Package you receive a non-exclusive limited right to use that additional functionality in the amount expressed in units of Mana.
One Mana is roughly one villager's answer. Mana is not money or a means of payment; it is not withdrawn, not exchanged back into money, not transferred between accounts, and is used only inside the game. The full list of its properties is in the Public Offer.
The Russian line in each card is the wording that will appear on your fiscal receipt. Receipts are issued in Russian, and the line is reproduced here exactly as it will be printed.
Prices are shown in Russian roubles and are not subject to VAT (the seller applies the simplified taxation system). The price and contents of a Package are fixed in the order at the moment it is placed and do not change afterwards.
Payment is accepted through the Faster Payments System (SBP) and by bank cards of the MIR, Visa and Mastercard payment systems. Payment is made on the bank's secure payment page; card payments use 3-D Secure authentication. The seller does not collect or store bank card details.
A fiscal receipt is issued for every payment and sent to the e-mail address given in the purchase form.
There is no physical delivery: Mana is credited to the account automatically once the bank confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes. Returning to the game's site from the payment page is not in itself a ground for crediting.
The refund procedure, including the refund of the price of unused Mana, is set out in the Payments and Refunds Policy. A request is sent to the support address quoting the order number.
